How To Respect By Not Respecting

Attention!  Don't Read This If You Are Easily Affected By People Who Understand Nothing About Your Culture And Your Life

Average Person Often Makes Decision Based On Other People's Opinion, Even If They Know That That Decision Is Bad, Nonsense And A Waste Of Time.  Are You Next?

Dear Reader

I truly understand your situation.

When it comes to making a decision, no matter it is critical like wedding, or small thing like what and where to eat dinner, you are often "respect" other people's opinion.

We all respect people, and their opinions.  Sometime if that is useful and if it indeed helps to either solve the problem or make the situation better, you are going to listen and do it.

However, there are situations where showing your comity and solely listen, and follow what they say, is not suitable.

LIke having a roasted pig as an opening ceremony and celebration event.

Is Showing Respect Crucial?

Let me tell you a story about my friend, John.

John likes travelling.  He often travels to different countries to see and experience the complete different cultures.

Sometimes, the country he visits has people who are so happy to see him, and doing all the things they can to welcome John.

And what they did may frustrate him, because he did not expect that, and, frankly speaking, doesn't really like that.

Finally, John just can't tolerate anymore and say to his friends:

Can you stop that?  You don't need to do that for me.  I don't want it and I don't like it.

And after a short period of quiet....the people smile and reply:

It is how we love and welcome new friend,

if you don't like it, Go Away

I hope you don't make that mistake.

As you can see, irritating people is actually very easy.  All you need to do is to do everything in your way, not his.

We all know that how important it is to follow the traditional culture when it comes to important events, like:

- Starting a new business
- Married with your loved one
- Birthday
- Retirement
- Graduation

and so on...

We do it in traditional "way" because it is how we show respectation.

For example, in Chinese Culture, having a roasted pig in ceremony and cutting it during important ceremonies is crucial.  It is because we need to tell, or notify, the "universe" that we are starting something, and wish we have a good opening, a good start.

By the way, there is an even more special meaning when you got married and delivering a roasted pig to wife's home, we talk about that next time.

Well at this point you may argue: why should we have roasted pig?  Can we just have an afternoon tea party for that?

Let me repeat:

If you don't like it, Go AWAY

It is harsh, and you might even think that is unreasonable.  So let me ask you: is having thousands and thousands of people gathering together, drinking a lot of wine (and leave tons of rubbish) just to celebrate a day is passed, reasonable?

You might immediately answer "No", but when it comes to a new year, everybody did that.

Because we respect.

Even if we may not like it, we still accept and participate in it, and sometimes enjoy it.

This Is How We Love

So from now on, when someone said to you, it is nonsense to have a roasted pig on an opening ceremony, or a wedding party, or a birthday, you can just smile and say:

If You Don't Like It, Go Away.

If you are still thinking about if you should have a hot roasted pig that will be delivered to you, go to happinesspig.com or premiumpig.com to order your roasted pig now.
